Fresh mozzarella layered in between fresh yellow and red tomatoes, and fresh basil. Tossed in light balsamic vinaigrette.
Southwest Shrimp Salad $7.95
Fresh blackened gulf shrimp done Sante Fe style, served over mixed salad greens with cheddar-jack cheese, black bean-corn salsa, tomatoes, fried tortilla strips and homemade guacamole.
Blackened Salmon $9.95
Fresh North Atlantic salmon iron skillet blackened, served over mixed salad greens with goat cheese, red onions, seasonal fruit and a Mandarin orange-ginger dressing.
Sandwiches served with fresh fruit from the market. You may substitute seasoned french fries as well.
Cajun Chicken Sandwich $7.95
Chicken breast blackened and topped with pepper jack cheese and fresh avocado. Served on focaccia bread baked at Bread Craft with fresh leaf lettuce and yellow tomatoes with a side of fresh cantaloupe.
